Mineco Resources aims to be the key supplier to the mining industry of Skilled trades people to Construct, Maintain & Operate sites within Australia. We have the ability to recruit personnel for specific needs from our extensive database to ensure that the client’s resource requirements are well meet. The service offered is one of “Try before you Buy” where we encourage our clients to take on our personnel on a full time basis after the employee has proven their ability and work to the site team.
Our Location
Centrally located to the Hunter Valley at Branxton, Mineco Resources has the ability to pace personnel with short notice at all mine site within the Hunter Valley, The Team members from our base at Branxton have a Travel time of no more than 1 hour in any direction to be active on any mine or construction site, therefore reducing the cost to the client and having a quick response time than other providers.
How did Mineco Resources come to Exist?
Our General Manager Adrian Kedwell, Has moved within the mining industry with a number of employers over the past 15 years, The experience and contacts gained over this period of time found a need to support the industry in a more flexible way, and this is how we have been able to provide it.
After running a number of small Companies in the mining Industry, the growth in the sector has caused Adrian to reduce the contracting aim of his own business and focus on the supply of labour on a full time basis.
